On July 12th the Trio will be back with a semi-new album, Damnesia. The album is gonna showcase the band reworking twelve of their biggest fan favorites, a cover of the The Violent Femme’s “I Held Her In My Arms”, and two new tracks titled “Olde English 800” and “I Remember A Rooftop”.
All of the tracks are stated to be a semi-unplugged reimagining, something different for the fans and I guess maybe something different for the band. The first piece of the reworked Alkaline Trio material we’ve gotten our ears on is “Clavicle”. It actually turned out pretty nice, so give it a listen.
